Default BC PNP - Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker

Hi all, I have asked this question before but now have a slight change in plan so need to ask it again. I’ve just received my BC PNP invitation to apply through the SkillsImmigration – Skilled Worker program. Once I have my PNP certificate I plan to arrive at the border with my family and get a temporary work permit while I apply for PR. As my nomination is from BC would I have to land in BC or, as previously, can I land anywhere in Canada as often flights are a lot cheaper connecting in Toronto or Calgary?

You can land anywhere but have proof that you have onward travel to BC.

Thanks, it will be a through flight to YVR with a connection, just WestJet is so much cheaper than AC or BA but only go direct to YVR in the summer.

Air Transat? They've a seat sale / have deals on

It's sometimes cheaper to book a return than a single, so look into that too

I've often used skyscanner: https://www.skyscanner.net/

I've found they search through all the internet jargon and get a decently-priced flight.
