Default BC PNP Fee Payment Form - Who is the 'applicant'?

Hi,

I have another quick question, lol.... On the BC PNP Fee Payment form (http://www.ecdev.gov.bc.ca/ProgramsA...ent%20form.pdf) is it the prospective employee who is the 'applicant' or is it the employer normally?

Thanks again!

When we did it, the prospective employer completed the forms and paid.

I'm getting my employer to pay for as much of this whole process as possible, although the way the system works is that I had to pay then claim it straight back through expenses.

OH got a banker's draft type cheque from his company.

Basically BC PNP will accept the application fee from either you or your employer!

OK, that's useful to know, thanks.

At the moment I have completed all the forms I needed to do and the company are doing their parts, so I'll wait until I speak to them when they've done that and see what they say - hopefully they'll pay it, lol.
