BC health insurance

1) In ontario Health Insurance is called OHIP, what would be in British
Columbia?

2) Where would be the sunniest part in Vancouver? Is it Delta area?

In BC, it's call MSP -- Medical Services Plan.

The sunniest area in the GVRD is Tsawwassen/South Delta.
