Default Bar code in application

Hi
Applying as FSW

I have completed my IM0008 for me including my wife and 2 kids
It is a total of 9 pages
On page 8 there are 8 bar codes and on page 9 there are 2 bar codes and a place for a signature
Is this correct?
If so, what page do I use when they say pout the bar ode pages on top of all of your forms?
Do I put the 2 pages on, or just one?
Also, do I photocopy them so that I still have a page 8 and a page 9 in the IM0008 section
A bit confused
Thanks
Jim

Hi, my application was PNP and as far as I remember I also had two pages with barcodes also. I put the one with the most barcodes on top and the other second. You have to sign all of the pages that have places to sign/require signing. (I photocopied everything and kept the copies just in case). These pages go on top of all of the documents in the envelope when you are posting them off. Hope that helps. If there is anything incorrect with this I'm pretty sure someone will be along shortly to correct it . Good luck.

This is off topic but just wanted to let you know, Violets are Blue, that you entered the wrong date in your signature for:

Further med requested 23/07/23

Just incase you care. :P

I printed two copies of the barcode pages, so that I'd have one set to go on top of the application as required, and one set to be within the IMM0008 form in their correct page sequence. I signed both. I imagine it's unnecessary but it worked out fine for me.
