Sort of old news as threads on this started last Friday 
Until the recent Federal Budget announced last Friday hence the threads is passed its not law at the moment but with the Cons having a majority it will be passed and come into effect.

Yep, this was announced last Thursday and we've already had a couple of threads on the subject, so I'll close this one to avoid further duplication.
