Authority to Release Information to Designated Individuals IMM5476
Hi All,
For this IMM5476, do my wife and I (I'm sponsor) share the same form or we
have to fill our own? Cause I find out on
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/fc.html
both Application and Sponsor says we both need to fill up this form.
That's the only form we don't quite understand.
I know she can authorize me in the form, but how about myself?
And what is "My client number is" for?
Hope someone can answer.

As I understand, information pertaining to your spouse and you can be released to whoever the principal applicant is on your application and you don't need to fill in form IMM5476 for that. If you want the CIC to release your info to a third party (e.g., a lawyer working on your PR), you need to fill in IMM5476.
