What is the minimum number of that you must score in the Self- Evaluation test BEFORE
Personal Suitability in order to be eligible for an interview waiver??

The CIC website mentioned something about 70 pts, but I'm not certain if
this is before or after being awarded points for personal suitability.

Help please!?!?!

70 points is the required minimum to pass the interview stage and to qualify for
further processing, not a minimum for interview waiver. There is no guideline how
many points scored before the interview may make person "eligible" for interview
waiver. Interview waivers are usually granted only when the total score without
points for personal suitability is at least 66, if there are no doubts about work
experience and/or qualifications in intended occupation, if there is no doubt about
authenticity of supporting documents, if language skills don't need to be verified
and if there are no other issues requiring an interview to clear them up. Also there
is almost no chance for interview waiver for out of jurisdiction applications, for
applicants residing currently or previously in certain countries due to the high
volume of fake or altered documents being presented from there and if there are
certain background/security concerns.

Discounting positive or negative discretion, an applicant must obtain 70 units of
assessment in order to be considered eligible to immigrate in the skilled worker
program. Similarly, a score of 60 units of greater is required in order to be
eligible for a selection interview.
