When I calculate my points to apply as independent immigrant I have 59 so what I need
is document validated from HRDC (Human Resource Development Canada)that I have
arranged employment in Canada, but I don't know how to find this document. Can
somebody help me please?

You will not find it - it is your prospective employer who must initiate the process
and apply for job offer validation to HRDC.
