Apply for immigration without passport
Hi Guys,
My cousin, in India, wants to apply for immigration to Canada but at present he does not have a passport and it will take him a couple of months to get it.
My question is that can he submit his application without the passport? Can he add the passport information later on when he gets it.

HI
He should read the instructions, if he is applying as a skilled worker under the SAP, he is required to submit the details of his passport, so he needs a passport.
