Apply for Citizenship and PR Card?
Hi all,
I will be eligible to apply for both citizenship and the PR card (per the timeline)in about one month. The citizenship application is a no brainer. Do you recommend applying for the PR card as well? Pros and Cons? AZ |

That's also what I figured. Now if I understand it right, it is not required to have a PR card ro re-enter Canada if you cross the border by personal car after 2003? |
