Despite that, they have not speeded up the processing of them......

Waiting on a BOWP which has got to be the easiest thing ever for them.

The BOWP is CIC and the LMIA/TFW is Service Canada so you can't really compare a news article on TFW and the processing of your BOWP. They are different applications and different government departments

LMIA is HRSDC. Service Canada is the store front for many federal govt. departments that have public access.

Actually, just so that we're completely correct, it's ESDC (they changed their name from HRSDC a while ago).

I havent met a foreign worker in any of the three tim hortons i have been at between coquitlam and mission! Lol
