Hi guys,
We were curious and wanted to ask if anyone who has proceded through to the processing stage and have experienced the CIC London visa office raising further enquiries or requesting further documents especially when it is to do with employment documents etc. ( which is what I'm worried about
) Simply because one of my past employers is an A***hole and would get a perfect chance to be as unhelpful as possible if CIC contact him for confirmation etc.
Please let me know if any of you guys have had any experiences of answering enquiries for CIC during processing, thanks in advance!!

We had our medical request a few weeks ago. With the request came a request for us to have new UK police checks done, update our original application form
and get another indeterminate job offer from my husbands employer.
I asked our Immigration lawyer why they would want a new application form, he said that as the orginal was done in 2009, the IO dealing with our case just wanted an up to date one! Mind you surprising how many things change in your life in the space of a year.
Made ,e wonder though about those who have been in the system a lot long than us, do they have to update things? I think it all depends on who is looking after your file.
