Default anybody help ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI! EVERYBODY!!!!!
i am on H1b visa right now in USA.i applied for the independent visa category of canada from my native country.i did medical exam before six months.
but i gonna marry in my native country mid of december,2002.so there r two conditions for me as follows.
1) if i will get the visa document or letter upto mid of the december
then i will stamp my visa on passport.& then for my spouse i will apply on family class immigration seperately.
I have H1B visa of USA so she will get the H4 visa & she will come with me in USA.so if she will get the visitor visa of canada from USA then i think, i can apply for my spouse on family class immigration within canada.is it possible?if so, then what are the conditions requirements for applying within canada?

2)Second is if i will not get the visa document or letter upto mid of the december
then i would like to submit my spouse's documents.please let me know which documents & how much fees i have to submit to immigration office ?
please reply me.
thanks.

The easies tthing for you to do would be to postpone your marriage until
after you have become a PR of Canada, then you can sponsor your wife.
Otherwise you need to get married in plenty of time before yoru visas will
be issued and send all the applicaiton details for yoru wife and fees and
they have to add her and then do her background check and then she will have
to do medicals etc. So it may or may not take longer in time than sposnoring
her etc but you will also have to wait until that time to become a PR of
Canada, so it depends how soon you want to move there and wether you want to
be seperated from yrou wife etc.

if you get married before your visa is issued and you land, then that invalidates your visa... you have to notify the visa office of the change in marital situation, and add your wife to the application, pay the processing fee, and have her do the medical exam...

in this case, inform the visa office about the change in situation, and they will send instructions as to what you need to do...

on the other hand if you can land before you get married, then you can sponsor your wife later... obviously there is no gurantee that she will get a visitor's visa to canada... h4 or no h4...

thanks for replying me.
as u said ,if i will get the visa then first i have to go to my native country for visa stamping & after that i will enter in the canada ,get the PR card & then again go back to my native country for marrige.
is there any way to send my passport to my native country(india) for visa stamping from USA? because travelling two times like that is very disgusting.
