I believe that Delhi, Damascus, Hong Kong are very fast for issuing
AOR within a week time also their decision for waiving or requirement
of interview is fast. But any applicant fall under the requirement of
interview then it will take considerable time.
After reviewing hundreds of post for Delhi, Damascus and Hong Kong, I
conclude it. So I am sorry that I can not put some concrete solution
to your guys.
