Any Quick Way to get Citizenship Oath
One of my friend applied for Citizenship in December 2002 and his test was
held on May 08, 2003.
He is very much excited to travel outside Canada but with a Canadian
Passport. Is there any way or precedent that he can get his 'Citizenship
Oath' at the earliest in order to obtain Canadian Passport.
Thanks for your help!

Re: Any Quick Way to get Citizenship Oath
Not really as test is just one of the stages of the process. Test may even
be scheduled before immigration, security or criminal checks are fully
completed.

Nope. For all you know, he may have failed the test. He may still be
subject to clearances or immigration issues. If he's so desperate to travel
overseas, he can go on his existing passport - or he can wait until he gets
his citizenship.
