Any Explanation for my Buffalo Case??
Hi All,
I applied for PR in October 2002. I did my medicals one year ago in December 2003. I have been tracking progress via my CAIPS file. My last B'Fwd date was in mid Oct,2004. I did not hear anything, so I asked for my CAIPS notes again which I received in early December. According to the most recent CAIPS notes, The following decisions have been made:
PSDEC 1 20/11/2003
BDEC 1 24/09/2004
OREQ 0
SELDEC 4 20/11/2003
MEDDEC 0
FINDEC 0
Medicals have been submitted....all at stage M01
SEC status is also at 1.
Is it possible that something could still be missing? The next B'Fd date was on 31/12/2004. However the medicals expired sometime in December 2004. Any reasons why this case may not have finalised when it was reviewed mid October??? Having to go through another Medical for a family would be financially tough!!
Please advise.
