Please Andrew, what would happen to me because I couldn't go to the citizenship
interview with the Judge. I got the invitation late.

Just call CIC, explain the reasons and ask for new date.

If you are living in Minnesota (as your post was initiated from) then be prepared for
some harsh questions from the judge and have with you strong evidence of meeting
residency requirements.
