I think you judge a tree by its fruit. From Andrew I read consistently
informative and helpful posts, from KM and the like I read consistently
negative bashing.

If I were in the market for an immigration professional I would feel
comfortable hiring Andrew as I have experience reading his posts and I know
he knows what he is talking about. Otherwise it's just a lucky chance if
you just call someone out of the phone book or off a list. Andrew is a
known quantity. Both he and Jim Humphries have answered questions for me,
free of charge, without suggesting that I contact them for a paid service.

I think it's great that we know we can hire Andrew if we need him. I'm glad
to know he is there.
