Am i doing this right?
Hey all,
So me and my 15 year old son (UK citz) and my partner (Canadian citz) are flying back to Canada on the 11th Dec. Me and son are on an ETA and common law is a Canadian citz.
We need a few things from Canada but will be submitting my outside of Canada Spousal sponsorship PR application once we are in Canada.
Am i correct in thinking that i can not apply for an OWP from outside of Canada as they will see this as dual intent?
Once i land, must i submit for an OWP or BOWP? Do i submit this as applying inside or outside regardless if i am currently in Canada on an ETA?
Even though i am inside Canada, should this be apply for an OWP outside of Canada or inside? I know i will be in Canada at the time but, i will only be there on an ETA or does that change as i will have submitted the application for Spousal sponsorship PR?
