You also need to check which visa office you are requesting to process your application.
Does fast track still exist?
We now have to send application to Sydney (only application forms at this stage), stating who we would like to process our application London or Buffalo, if fast track still exists then London is better, but as we are in Canada, Buffalo could be better if there are any issues?
Applicants for Permanent Residence
You must apply in your country of residence, your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year.
