After validation of spouse sponser can i go india.
Hi
Recently i applied for my spouse pr. my spouse in india. How much
time it will take(min and max) for spouse sponser validation?.
Onse this validation is succesfull then can i go india?. Please give
your valubul suggetions about my problems.

The total duration of a spousal sponsorship concluded the New Delhi visa
office would be approximately 12-18 months depending on the requirement
for an interview.
A departure from Canada which is temporary in its nature should not have
a bearing on the sponsorship application.

But i want to know how much time it will take spouse sponser
evaluation (min and max) in Mississauga.
I want to go india and onse my wife got pr then i will come with her.
so can i leave canada after sponser evaluation or can i go now ( I
already applied) or i can't go at all ?
I think acoording new rules i can stay continusely stay 18 months in
india. is it right?
if any body knows above my problem solutions then please give your
suggetions.
