I am an Indian citizen applying under the Skilled Worker Category. My consular
post will be Buffalo, New York. Do I (or my spouse) need to provide an affidavit
of siblings? I heard from a friend that the NY post does not require an affidavit
of siblings.

Can someone confirm this?

Thanks.

You should complete the entire application as described in the kit.

If you are refering to a family tree, you will fill in an additional = form for this
listing your parents, your children and your brothers and = sisters.

It is generally a good idea to include such information. It may become = useful if
ever your family members wish to migrate, this may be useful = to show relationship.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I've already entered the family information and filled the
Additional Family Information form.

I was actually referring to an affidavit of siblings. My understanding was that some
consular posts require an affidavit of siblings (of course the Additional Family
Information form is required). Is this correct?

Where can I find a list of consular posts that require an affidavit of siblings, or
is it entirely optional?

Thanks.
