Default Advice needed on my case: ATTN: MR.MILLER or MR.JIM

Dear experts,
1. Applied on September, 2001 from US to Buffalo center
(mailing address: Malaysia, residence address: USA)
2. Moved to Malaysia in October, 2001 due to job opportunity here.
2. Received initial assesment with interview waiver on Aug,2002
Requested more documentation, ROLF and adviced to attend medical
checkup.
3. Attended medical checkup in Oct,2002 from Malaysia and sent documents
and ROLF to Buffalo in Dec,2002

My questions:
1. What are the chances of me evaluated against new selection system
since deadline for old system is March,2003?
2. Do I start preparing documentation including English test now itself?
3. Assuming my case is decided before march 31,2003 and later get
the confirmation of approval papers posted to US address (which I can
get it from there), is it possible to get Canadian visa from Canadian
consulate in Malaysia or do I have to travel back to US to get the
stamping?
4. I have visitor's visa valid until Oct,2003, Can I use that visa to
enter Canada if I get my confirmation of approval papers?

Thanks in advance,
Mano

You were selected under the old rules so there is no need to worry about the
new ones.
