![Question](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Can anyone shed some light please....Im currently in the process of applying for PR to canada (through spousal sponsorship - wife is Canadian - i am British Citizen living in Canada with the wife) I have recently sent in for the ACPO certificate from the UK, after reading the threads on here, it will come back with 'no live trace' as I have a public order offence (drunken disorderly) back from 2002 - which i have put on my PR application.
Will the CIC receive the same information that I will be receiving from ACPO or will it be more detailed? Will it include any arrest but no charges as I have not put that down on my application and don't want to go into my interview without being prepared.

You send your Police Certificate to CIC so they get what you send them in that respect so you see what they see.
