Default About To Apply

Hi Folks,

Well I am about to leave in the next few days to Canada to marry the
love of my life. I will apply for PR status in land and must say I
pray every night that it will all go well.

I would like to thank you all for the help you offer people like us
who just need to be guided by those who have been there and done that,
it's been wonderful and very encouraging.

I hope Once it's all over that I will be in a position to share my
views to others who will follow.

Thanks again everyone!

Wish us luck it's going to be a long ride.

Cheers.

Why not just apply from where you are, then get married once you get
over here, with visas in place? That's what I did and a good friend
(American) who did the other way took about 3x as long for visa processing.

Hi Paul,

Trikky is right! Why don't you marry from the country of origin. Inland
spouse cases were now in limbo and about 17000 pending cases. Sponsorship
outside is more faster right now. Sponsoring inland is really a bad timing
at this moment. Think twice! if you want to be with your future
wife/husband asap.
