Hi everyone,
I have just returned from Toronto after participating in the non-student work Canada programme (I had an amazing time and didn't want to leave!). However, upon my return I found the brochure for next year's programmes had arrived in the post from BUNAC and there is one paragraph that is of some concern to me due to my future plans, the section in question reads:
"Each type of visa is only valid once in a lifetime. If you have already held two visas for Canada, it is unlikely that you will be issued a third, even if your previous visas were not obtained through BUNAC."
I intend to return to Canada on the student programme after I have finished my MSc, and then if all goes to plan to return on a more long term basis with an arranged employment application (which I have a verbal agreement from the employer at least!).
Will having held two visas through BUNAC interfere with a sponsored application or in the future for an application for permanent residence? I have emailed BUNAC but I've had no reply yet and I didn't think they were immigration specialists anyway, so I've come here to see if anyone knows anything about this!
Sorry if I haven't used exactly the right terminology, but I think it just about makes sense. Just ask if you need me to clarify anything.
Many thanks,
Matt

Not sure exactly but I think they mean if you've already had 2 BUNAC visas, you're unlikely to be issued a third.
I don't think going over with a job offer or applying for PR in the future would be affected.

Thanks, I just needed to put my mind at rest that I wasn't going to ruin my long term plans by applying for another BUNAC visa!
