2 Simple questions
hi,
I have 2 simple questions. Hope somebody will answer them.
Q1. I am domiciled in Quebec. Yes/No ( Now, i m a Quebec Resident , living in Quebec for almost 2 years and its my Permanent place now. So shall i write Yes or No).
Q2. I have a de facto spouse or a marital partner and i have been living seperate and apart from my SPOUSE for at least one year. (Yes/No).
I got a bit confused about de facto spouse or a marital partner. I am legally married to my spouse(i think not a defacto spouse in this case), but not living with her ofcourse, as i m sponsoring her. I think it should be "NO".
What do you people say?
