120 day letter queerie
Received 120 day e-mail sept 7th, applied to chc London Nov 12. If I have not heard anything come Jan 5th, effectively my 120 days are up. Do I have any options or is it time to panic. Advice much appreciated.

No, they don't process the application immediately, the check to ensure that the occupation you claimed and the employment letters support it, then background checks. You are looking at somewhere between 6-12 months.

shouldn't I receive an AOR from CHC, otherwise how do I know they have received it within the 120 days.
