1 out of 4 Med rquests rcvd??

We receiv ed a medical request last monday for my daughter who is non-accompanying. Nothing received for myself, my wife or our baby. Is this normal to receive them separately?? Can't book until all rcvd as will book family (2 adults, 2 children) package.

Anyone got any answers??
