Hey I really can't agree with you more on that. But look at this
"george" last remark about the states. People stop replying, this is a
troll. He obviously has no life and thought he could get some
attention this way.
For all the immigrants of the world, myself included, we know who we
are and why we are in Canada for better or for worse; most importnat
of all, to be honest with the choice we make and be positive in life.
And that is all I have to say...
Cheers,
OK, as an expatriate american , I've lived in Canada for more than 3
years now as a PR. The way I was raised in the states now makes me see
that the states is like a blow-up ballon, it appears to be huge and
huge it maybe, in it you may find money, god and more money but
nothing else, nothing at all...

Canada is one of the most prosperous countries in the world. That's why it's
a G7 country. So no doubt about it, there's opportuity in Canada. But I for
one think immigration levels should be lowered, again lowered not eliminated,
Also I'll tell you China is no weak country,
1) Canada's armed forces is no match by far from the Chinese. Many reasons,
but I'll give one example, they have nukes.
2) Some cities in China have even prosperous than most of Canadian
cities. Example is Hong Kong.
3) It was the CHinese who helped Toronto and Vancouver weather the economic
fallout of the 90s. At least among the immigrants.
Point made immigration is key to Canadian prosperity.

It's too bad you were granted persmission to enter Canada in the first place. There are thousands more deserving people who would have welcomed the opportunity at a better life.
Don't expect the USA to be proud to have the likes of you in their country. I suspect you are far more excited about going there than they are to have you enter.
