Default "Decision Made" ..what's next?

My e-client status has changed to "Decision Made". I do not really
know when it changed from IN Process to Decision Made, but here is my
timeline.

Applying as independent skilled worker. Philippine citizenship
residing in the USA.

July 2001 - Sent application to Buffallo
February 2002 - Received notice that forms were forwarded to Detroit
and interview is required. No interview date was specified.
April 2002 - Received medical forms.
December 2002 - Received notice that I will be assessed against the
new law with 70 passing, proof of language proficiency is required and
fill up new forms.
Feb 2003 - Took IELTS even though I hold a degree from an
Australian university. Got an average of 8.
April 2003 - Received notice that Interview is scheduled on Aug 4.
June 2003 - Received notice that interview is rescheduled Sept 6.
Sept 6 - Interview in Detroit. Was awarded 72. I thought I
would get 74. But it is ok. Asked to do Medicals right away.
Sept 15 - Did medicals.
Oct 27 - Noticed that e-client says "Decision Made"???

Is this is a positive thing??? Has anyone the same experience?

It is most likely just the medical decision or selection decision what
e-client indicates. Wait for letter from visa post - if your
background/security check is positively concluded then you may expect
passport request within next few months.
