Tax on shipping tools from outside EU into Hungary
Has anyone got experience with shipping DIY and gardening tools etc. as part of your household if you are coming from outside the EU to settle in Hungary?
Do they really have to look used to avoid being taxed or are they taxed or exempt anyway?
I had one unfortunate incident where some tools were considered not hobby items and was taxed on semi professional machines traveling from the UK to Egypt ( table saw, router table etc.).
