Default Hungary Hoh & Deaf Organisation and perks

Does anyone know what my rights should be to receive perks, benefits or subsidies from the organisation mentioned? I'm obviously from UK, now have temporary residence card, soon should get one more document (address card) if I understand the process correctly. Can I be denied access to the same rights as a non-Hungarian? When living in UK not being from UK did not stop any one getting equivalent subsidies, I. E. free bus pass!

Perhaps contact Hungarian National Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing | SINOSZ
at
SINOSZ | Siketek és Nagyothallók Országos Szövetsége
They will probably know more than forum members here.
Otherwise discrimination is illegal but that does not account for personal prejudice

Actually I have a friend who works for them. A Táj card was mentioned before I could access the subsidies, etc. And possibly an audiogram of my hearing loss which I do have but no hospital name is stamped on it. Might ask sister-in-law to check this out.

I went to my local hospital for a hearing check - free check up and I got an official report. I went through my GP. This could be an option (bottom line of my report - no problems - age appropriate hearing - ho hum)

I still have my UK DWP letter for disability living allowance so would have thought this should be adequate as proof. If not, then anything from DWP, whatever it is for, is not worth the paper it's written on. Maybe my case is unique and the friend hasn't dealt with anything like this before. Atleast I'm a FB friend of Adam Kosa so might drop him a line if I hit any difficulties.
