In April I ordered a flag from the UK. It was shipped end of April by Royal Mail. The company that made the flag ship flags all over the world so I was surprised to encounter problems with Magyar Posta. Despite filling in a form they still asked for further information. The email from Magyar Posta 'Documents to be supplied: Import Customs Clearance Agreement, order confirmation, invoice. '
Looking at this link posta.hu/vam I've no idea what I should have done.

Personally, if I need to buy something from the UK, I have it sent to a friend in the UK until I can collect it myself to bring back with me ! I'm convinced that Magyar Posta make things up as they go along ... case in point ... they creamed me for 3,700 Forint import duty for receiving a birthday card from Indonesia ... just a card, nothing else in the envelope !

The good news is my flag arrived today but the address on the labelling wasn't in full. I've no idea if this was a Parcel Force error! Atleast it still arrived here.
