Does some kind person know how high fences can be between residential properties within villages? Are there also height restrictions for hedges?
I wonder where one can find such information?

Agree - Each village can have its own requirements and restrictions

But if you are going to spend money putting one up then I suggest you send a letter to the council to get the requirements in writing.
