Default EU

On a FB group for British Expats in Hungary there's a bit of worry about the current situation of Poland and Hungary not signing off the EU budget for next seven years.
Some have wondered what will be the impact for them. Some thought they might relocate to another EU country. Others like myself will be staying. I'm married to a Hungarian so different situation to those who are not. But there's quite a few British who were here before Hungary joined the EU.

Do you think for even one single second that Hungary will risk loosing all it EU income?
Complain and postulate they may, but if it comes to sign or get nothing, I kind of think even the most belligerent government will concede, But then this is Hungary we are talking about, so who knows, as always it is a wait and see situation that is not in our hands.

According to Euronews website both Hungary and Poland are in a supposedly better financial position than other countries in EU. I can't find the article.

Is this the one you're thinking of?

I am Polish with British citizenship. With all nationalistic movements in Poland, in a current political situation, after getting so much financial support from EU Polish government would be happy to leave EU. Take as much as possible and not give anything back. Leave Syrian refugees in Germany, Italy and other countries and close the borders. Im afraid that might be their plan :-(
