If the Hungarian government want to send you an email - they don't - they send the letter to your Ügyfélkapu and you will get notification via email to look at your Ügyfélkapu sign on to access the letter. (If you don't have an ügyfélkapu sign on the government will send a letter via snail mail rather than email).
What you received I suspect is spam and should be deleted without clicking any links
If you look at the sender of the email you usually find the plausible name first then in brackets who it actually came from. Often there is insufficient room for the whole senders name but if you hover the mouse cursor over the sender then the whole name is displayed, however plausible email addresses are also easily created on any of the free email services.
