Current state of affairs in UK
At this point in time I wish we were already in Hungary. There's alot I'd like to say but I'm having to bite my tongue!

I said the same. The current racial problems in the US and UK would not be such a big issue here, or so I thought. Apparently there was a BLM demonstration outside the US embassy last weekend although none of the Hungarians that I've spoken to were aware of it and it wasn't featured in the national media to any great extent.
We watched a film called "on My Skin" (I think) which is a true story based on a young Italian guy in 2007. He was badly beaten by the police and died a week later. In that year around 172 people died in custody in Italy. The current state of affairs is not just about police brutality or racism, in my opinion, someone has an agenda and is playing and firing up the public via the media.

Soros is just a scapegoat for the government and they like to use his name to instill fear and hatred among Hungarians.

He is a very wealthy man and he and others are backing antifa and other radical marxist leaning subversives. I don't believe anything governments say but it is a well known fact Soros has been bankrolling trouble in the Balkans, Central America Europe and The USA. Respectfully..anyone that doubts his agenda and tenacity may well one day wake up to find out that their picture of what life has been for them is no longer around.

The Hungarian government may have its own particular issues with Soros but there can be no question that, apart from being the largest financial backer of BLM, wherever something or someone is challenging or undermining normal, conventional, Western societal or cultural norms - Soros (or his various fronts) has their backs.

He was no friend to his fellow Jews in Hungary either , he betrayed them to the Germans during WW2. He is only loyal to himself. He would not shed a tear if half the people of this planet died as long as he profited from it. I cannot think of many people on this planet alive today anymore evil than him.

It's actually the opposite.
He did us a favour as he forced us to leave the Exchange Rate Mechanism, which was a very good thing for us in the end.
Of course, his motivation was not to help us.....
It was to make money for himself without regard for any harm he was doing to others.
