Erika got round to making a chickpea and cauliflower curry yesterday No basmati rice though
Very tasty mmmmmmm

Sounds tasty, nice texture and flavour combination - might give it a try as I have a vegetarian to cater for.
10kg of Platinum Basmati rice is on it's way here tomorrow - can't wait as the basmati you get in Tesco here just does not do it for me.... If you were closer I'ld happily drop a kilo off.

Erika's refused to use anything but basmati EVER AGAIN! Even Tesco's is better than nothing.
And thank you for the offer but yes, there's too much distance between us for the sake of a bag of rice

When's the next curry night? It's the only traditional English food I miss!
