Default Anybody seen Noah?

No, that doesn't mean who has drank too much palinka and is hallucinating...

Anybody seen the film? We saw it today and it's one of the strangest films I have watched. Not checking what it was about and assuming it was a rehash of the biblical story, I was left dazed and confused!
Creationism, the big bang theory, rock monsters and Noah who ends up a reclusive alcoholic - I won't spoil it but it does happy a happy ever after ending. Didn't help that there was an emotionless and flat performance by Emma Watson and an in your face message about humans destroying the environment, for which we shall be punished.....
Last time I let the kids pick the film.

My son told me that on leaving the cinema after me commenting - you wouldn't want to be a christian going to watch that without checking IMDB!
