HIFX - Transfers from UK when in OZ.

HIFX - Transfers from UK when in OZ.
Hi All
Still not grasped the system for arranging money transfers with HIFX when in OZ ( yes ive phoned HIFX UK twice and emailed them ! ) .
Anyway , are you supposed to use the HIFX OZ website ? but then how do you get UK money to them to pay the transfer ??
OR
Use the UK site and send a cheque by post to HIFX UK ?
Hmmm ...need help plse as next transfer due....

If you are in Oz, you HAVE to use the Oz site/number (actually its in NZ). I used them for 3 transfers - first initially in UK using UK HiFx then everything got transferred across.
Call the Aus/NZ number - they wrer really helpful.
