Victor,

These are two questions that you are not reliant on local information for.

Exchange rates:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business/m...cy/default.stm

scroll down for the Rupee.

AND -

Weather:

http://www.wunderground.com/global/s...ypeclick=bigwx

One of many global weather sites but usually providing a good standard of information.

Enjoy your trip.

Regards

H.

At the moment the rupee is 72.50 but changes daily as you well know.

The weather is getting hotter by the day, and by the time you get here it will be really, really, boiling. Long termers are starting to leave, most of them leave middle to end of March. The beach is a lot quieter.

Enjoy your holiday

Only 3 weeks to go for us, already in a panic getting things done here, but so looking forward to arriving there. (More to life than sunbathing on the beach).

Not really suprising Victor had not got any responses - all of us in Goa who would have replied to his questions were fast asleep in bed! He posted at 1am in the morning Goa time. The 19 viewers were presumably in the UK or night birds!!
