I am buying through keith Morling and Tecnica in Varca and you?
As Sanjay was recomended by Keith i am not sure if there is a conflict of interests here. How are you finding him and how far into the process are you?

I have used Sanjay to buy my property and found out he is also the solicitor for the developer. So far he has delivered, but it has been hard work for me. Another friend of mine has used Sanjay, but there have been major problems and he has just changed to another Solicitor.

Hi there

Did you manage to find a solicitor? I am having real problems with mine and need to change. WE are due to take possession in 3 weeks and now find that all the paperwork has not been done.

Thank you

Who is your developer? If it's ****** ****** then DON'T GO THERE either, the man is a crook. He has asked us to buy our apartment in a fraudulent way, with a HUGE undervaluation on the contract and has asked us to send funds to an offshore account in Canada to avoid taxes. THIS IS ILLEGAL. We are in an impossible position now as we cannot proceed under these circumstances but our Agent is refusing to give us our deposit back. We stand to lose around £5,511 in total.

I am going to have to sue them - which I will - but it's all hassle and I'm really disappointed we can't buy the apartment.

Sanjay is the best Avocate in Goa has far as I am concerned we have had no problems what so ever maybe you should have read your contract to start with,or give it to Sanjay from the start Sally then you wouldn't be in this position
Was Sanjay acting for you from the outset,I don't think so I believe you called on Sanjay after everything started to go Pear shaped silly thing to do really
Sanjay has been dealing with our property our company and other matters and as acted very professionally in everything he has done for us,
If I was you I would be careful this is slander what you are writing and you might find yourself more than £5,511 out of pocket If Sanjay gets word of what you are writing on these forums
If you had acted correctly in the first place you wouldn't be in the position you are up a creek without a paddle

I have also used Sanjay from the start to purchase our property, like Karen and Cliff we have had no problem, he is dealing with our company formation and everything is running smoothly, we hope to move into our property in the next 6 months

Sally, I have read your other postings and you seem to be blaming everyone else (agents, developer and solicitor) but yourself. It was silly of you not to use a solicitor from the start, that is your own fault. There is no one to blame but yourself, if you had used Sanjay from the beginning you wouldn't be in this position

What you are writing is slander and if you are taken to court, you could be out of pocket for thousands and thousands of pounds, a lot more that £5,511.

hi everybody just a quick line, i also have had no problems what so ever, it seems to me that sally, has gone about everything the wrong way,now its back fired on her. now she has this hatetred for certain people, also buying property in goa,and also trying to put people off buying in goa just to get behind her ,and fight her corner.not into slander, sorry.
