Hi
Sapana estates is a developer with a few projects on the go. Sapana seamist is the name of a project/development by Nanu estates. This is the one I have an interest in and so far looks good.

Nanu Estates (Sapana) are a well established property developer in South Goa. They are a branch of Nanu enterprises - a company with many interests. They will not however sell to Non PIOs or those who do not have status to purchase. They are quite clear about this from the outset - we were asked for our copy PIOs before they would send us the purchase agreement

You can view the status of this project on Nanu Estates website. We haven't had a definite answer for a completion date. When we asked last whether it was still the intended date of 31/03/09 , we were told 'ok'. We have chased them again but you may want to look at the link below

Thanks for the effort. I am aware of that site, in fact, when I pestered Nanu Estate to send me some snaps about a month back, they directed me to this site. The update on the completion date, as far as Sea Mist is concerned, is - verbal - May 2009, written (as on Axiom Site)- May 2010!! Aint that sweet . Best of luck to you, I hope they keep the date in your case

looking at those pictures then based on seeing other developments I would say it will be 2 years before they're ready to move into.

- just my guess - AndyD 8-)#

Thanks for sharing your "prediction" with us. I am afraid you might be right! Though I feel that might be able to meet their written word - May 2010. Anyway, next time I get an update from them I would ask you once again for your prediction - at least we can derive some pleasure in the waiting game

regards
IJ

I managed to contact the Director at Nanu on Saturday at 5.30 Goan time. He had been unaware of my e-mails to them until I sent a fax to him on Saturday and telephoned him. Whilst speaking to him over the telephone we had a fax and e-mail with confirmation that they will give us possession by 31 March and that they are applying for NOCs etc so that we can register the sale deed - if not, it will have to be done at a later date. Will keep you posted but if you would like the telephone nr plse private message me and I will give it to you. I have asked around and they are one of the most reputable developers.

I agree with you that Nanu is one of the most reputable builders in Goa but they don't really stick to their announced schedule very often. But good to know that they plan to adhere to the deadline in your case... And you have a PM.
