Are these flights over the easter period? Flights always increase for Christmas and wouldn`t suprise me if they do for Easter also!

Think Kingfisher may have something to do with it now they have stopped flying to LHR

As for scheduled airlines, the fares only get more expensive closer to the departure date.

Monarch have reduced the number of flights as well which have an effect on prices. No Thursday/Friday flights from Gatwick this year. Also I think smaller planes on Saturday as that one is stopping to refuel at Bahrain.
I've been watching the prices over the last 2-3 weeks, the prices have been going up and down literally overnight by about £150!
Hung on too long for a last minute Monarch this Sat and lost it
Managed to get the last Thomson one though after Easter

Its just going to get worse and shortly 700 pounds to fly here will look cheap. Its going to ruin, if it hasnt already, tourism here from Europe. But then they have a domestic market to tap into..over 400 million under twenty five..
