I think by now I have lost the plot completely. A world without sympathy or empathy is not the world I want to live in !!
Douglas is obviously consumed by his situation....no emotion is allowed or indeed relevant...very sad, in my opinion, but obviously his views have to be respected, along with others in similar situations.
Douglas feels FN's are partly to blame, he also gives the impression that because he was one of the earlier FN's to purchase, the following crowd had no right to join the bandwaggon? I actually think he blames us for causing the debacle in the first place? Scorn is a difficult trait to analyse, but why do I feel he gets a kick out of telling people they are likely to lose everything??
He claims to have loved Goa and wanted to live there, we do too, why should we be made to feel guilty for coming along a few years later??
I don't feel that new posts on here will be forthcoming. If you have logged on, then it doesnt take long to see what kind of reaction you would get if you were brave enough to post.

Lots of negative reaction here , i am not trying to do anything on this site other than inform FNs about the real goa and prepare them for what is about to happen.

Some FNs will be lucky, some will be unlucky as a result of their goa experience. We are all in the lottery and all FNs have a right to enter that lottery, but It is surely best to know why the lottery was formed, the convoluted rules and the odds of success or failure.

I welcome posts from others with different views, all i ask is that they can explain and justify those views as i do. Otherwise we will be drowned in a sea of bullshit and misinformation.

If people want to sympathise/empathise or whatever with you, then LET THEM!! Just because you feel that you don't need/require or deserve it doesn't mean that the people on here shouldn't be allowed to express it without a lecture on the ins & outs of who is or isn't in the wrong. Please be gracious and accept peoples' offerings of emotional support.
I find that it helps me and if it makes others feel good to have offered support then that 's good all round.;)

Hi Karen & Cliff,

Enjoy, have a laugh. I am just bored and waiting to get back to Goa, god willing and being able to use my Apartment. We have major work going on in the house, so no housework, and the weather has been terrible in our part of the UK. So I enjoy playing with my invisible friends - sad I know.
