Is the weather any good to come to Goa around 14th Oct for 2 weeks? Plus would there be enough to do and places open?

The weather is very variable in October. There would almost certainly still be rain and it can be very humid. Restaurants would be starting to open but most would not have opened by then because of the uncertainty with the weather. Temporary beach shacks (the majority) would not be open. On the plus side, it is very green and beautiful. If you can delay your trip until November that would probably be better.
