Re: Kingfisher Airline
My friend Patrick has just had to fork out £600 for a single back from Mumbai because Kingfisher refused to refund him for his return journey to Heathrow. He said it will be OK in the end because he paid with a credit card and through a travel agent, which he uses all the time. Its time the Indian government closed down this squawking dead chicken of an airline and hauled the fat man before the courts for fraud and mismanagement

According to yesterdays Times, the Kingfisher boss has been seeing Hindu Spiritualists to exorcise him of past bad deeds that, according to them are responsible for his present business problems. This is the whats known in India as blaming the Gods for your misfortunes, not your own incompetence, greed and incredible stupidity in buying Deccan Air, when it was worth nothing and Whyte and Mackay Distilleries....! He is presently in debt to the tune of $3 billion ! He must be very worried because its either Heineken or Carsberg are looking at United Breweries with keen interest, as it will give them an intro to South Africa and Indian beer markets. Four of my sisters friends had to fork out over £2500 last week to fly home because Kingfisher refused to compensate them for return flights. They were told to contact their agents in the UK.The Kingfisher chicken is now an old broiler......
