And it puts the trials and tribulations of the Goan expats experienced at the hands of the thieving judicial and government bodies resident in Goa, into a completely different light altogether.
Outright theft also takes place in Spain, too.
Pity the retiree but greater sympathy goes to the Indian Ocean islanders, summarily ejected from their homes and land without a blink of an eye.
There are scam artists and there are blatant ones..............ask Milliband.
