Has anyone tried to buy a place on this plot?

I was in the process of buying an apartment in this residence.

Most of the money has been paid.

Then the law have changed, regarding ownership. The seller was Ramiro Salez. We have tried to contact him on numerous occasions, with no success.

We are looking for other buyers, owners of apartments in this residence.

Welcome to the site, suggest you first port of call is to look at the Chris Gregory Majorda post & threads you should then be able to get a feel of what these poor people have and are going through
Secondly the Buyer Beware thread which will show you what we all have got to put up with from the idiotic Goan regime
Finally if you have the strength of conviction shout from the highest rooftops to your MP, the British government the Indian government and your local and national press /media

I was one of the first to buy an apartment at Imperial Residency I also know six others who have also brought apartments. Ramiro Sales is one of the best builders in Goa he is a local guy who has lived all his life in Varca I found him very honest and has done every thing to help me round the problems of owning property in Goa keep Emailing him he will reply.

This is what I also thought when I was buying the property.When I went to Goa last year (February 2008) I discovered the property had not been registered in my name, but I had already sent most of of money for the property. He was trying to sell the property for me since then. However, since Oct.2008, he has not replied to any of my telephone calls or e-mails. I need any information you may have as to Ramiros whereabouts. Would like information about how you and the others purchased the properties.

They were all brought in the same way, when each phase was finished payment was made and a receipt given, he can not register you if you have not made the final payment also you need to pay stamp money and then try to register but for FN this is impposible at the moment but he will give you the Documentation to show you have brought the property you really need to be out in Goa, if you phone him he is in the office everyday between 11-1pm.
